Current Service Project
For the months of November and December students will help with the collection of food items for RMA's food drive benefiting Dream Align's food pantry, hold a candy cane sale, and help purchase items for RMA's Christmas Cheer families. Each NEHS member is required to bring in at least 2 boxes of candy canes by Friday, December 5th. We will hold the candy can sale during lunch on December 10th, 11th, and 12th. All members need to sign up for a day to help with the sale. This will count towards your 10 hours of required volunteer hours.

Upcoming Meetings
All regular meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of every month from 3:00 to 3:30 in Mrs. Plumley's room. Please be sure your child is picked up by 3:35. Any child not picked up on time will be sent to afterschool with a $15 charge.

Previous Service Projects
During the previous school years, we have completed numerous service projects. We have collected items for Dream Align Ministries, the homeless shelter, and the women's resource center. We have worked game booths at the RMA Fall Festival and created cards for residents at local nursing homes. Each student collects a total of 10 service hours throughout the school year.
