During the first month of school, seniors will receive several forms to assist with the college application process. Seniors must turn in the Senior College Forms to the school counselor no less than 14 days before the recommendation deadline, but the sooner, the better. All forms are confidential and are only used for the purpose of helping write college recommendation letters.
Students will still be responsible for asking other teachers to write recommendation letters for college applications.
Senior Autobiography: To be completed by the student
Parent Brag Sheet: To be completed by at least 1 parent or guardian
Teacher Recommendation Form: To be completed by 2 teachers at RMA.
