RMA Families,

Our kindergarten students had special visitors from State Employees Credit Union to talk about saving money with their fat cat program. In class students have learned about wants and needs and supply and demand.

Our 5th grade students worked with Mr. Holdren to complete posters for the Sons of the American Revolution Elementary poster contest. Great work 5th graders and congratulations to our winners!

Years at RMA: 0.8 years

Years in education: 9 years as a teacher (5 years in labs at Duke and NIH mentoring undergraduates before teaching)

Favorite thing about RMA:  RMA has cultivated a nearly perfect learning environment for students.

Family information (children, significant other, pets etc..):  1 daughter named Cameron;  My wife's name is Katie;  We have a pet snapping turtle; We live in Mebane; 

Interesting or fun fact:  I am a die-hard Duke fan that graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill
