My name is Erika Little. I am the reading specialist for our K-5 elementary students.  I provide support to our classroom teachers with literacy implementation and instruction.  I also provide interventions for students who need additional practice with reading.  In addition to my reading specialist role, I am the coordinator for our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Framework.

This is my 18th year in education.  I was a classroom teacher for 13 years and taught grades kindergarten to third grade.  I began my current position at RMA in 2019. 

I am also the mom of two energetic boys. I have a 4th grader and 1st grader at RMA. Outside of school, we love participating in sports and traveling to new places as a family.
