Fact Fluency Challenge
Let the fun begin! From now until Friday, December 8, 2023 we will be completing a Fact Fluency Challenge. With this challenge we will be increasing the kids’ ability to answer math questions quickly. To reward them for their hard work, we will be having an ice cream party. However to participate in the ice cream party, the kids will have to “earn” their reward. For each level of facts that they complete, they will earn a piece of their reward. The chart below will list the reward for each Fact Family that they pass. THEY WILL ONLY GET THE REWARD THEY EARN. The goal is to be able to have each student answer the number sentence quickly, without ques to the answer. **if your child doesn’t want a topping that they earned or they are allergic to it, they do not have to have it.** WE WILL HOLD THE REWARD PARTY ONE DAY DURING THE WEEK OF 12/11-12/15. (I can’t give a specific date yet as we are waiting on field trip information, but once I have it I will send out more information).
