ANNOUNCEMENTS
               
TThis is our last Friday of the school year! It has been such a great year, and I loved spending so much time with this group of students and watching them grow this year! They are ready to tackle middle school! On Monday we will be having a Games Day across the 5th grade classes. In one classroom students can bring in and play board games, in another classroom we will be playing computer games, and in the third classroom we will play card games. In the afternoon we will watch the movie A Wrinkle in Time since we just wrapped up our novel study on this book! Students can bring in a snack and a drink of their choice, but the drink may have a closable cap to it so that we don’t risk spilling. Popcorn will be provided for the movie in the afternoon. 5th Grade Awards and Graduation are on May 20th at 9am. Doors open at 8:30am and it will be packed in the gym so please arrive early! Thank you families for raising such great students and working so well this year with me as we have helped support these students and prepare them for middle school! They will always have a special place in my heart!
