Emerge Ortho is offering Sports Physicals on Thursday, May 18 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The cost is only $10 and must be paid with cash or check only. No appointment is required. Prior to arrival, students must complete the health history portion of the form with Parent/Guardian signature. Students will not be permitted to get a physical without completed an signed paperwork.
