During the month of April, our Elementary students will participate in
a food drive to collect items that will help a local food pantry; The
Well, at Glencoe Baptist Church. On the third Saturday of each month,
people from all over the community come to The Well to receive a
free box of food. Our students can help fill the boxes with the items
needed and make a huge difference in the life of a stranger.
What We’re Looking For:
Kindergarten- peas, box/bag of rice,
bar soap
1st Grade- green beans, box of
spaghetti noodles, pop tarts
2nd Grade- corn, spaghetti sauce,
instant potatoes
3rd Grade- chicken noodle soup, mac
n cheese, box of cereal
4th Grade- cream of chicken soup,
peanut butter, dish soap
5th Grade- Spaghetti O’s, apple sauce,
fruit cups
