Having a problem with your school issued laptop?

  2. Notify your teacher(s) that you are having a problem with your laptop. Your teacher may be able to assist you in solving the problem.
  3. View the ThinkPad X130e User Guide for assistance.
  4. Email RMA Tech Support for assistance. Please follow the guidelines below when you email Tech Support for help.

Please follow these guidelines when you email Tech Support for assistance:

  1. Use your RMA student email address when emailing Tech Support.
  2. Send the email to [email protected].
  3. Include the asset tag number of your laptop in the email.
  4. Be as detailed as possible when describing the issue you are having with your laptop. It will help us to diagnose the problem.
  5. You will receive a response from Tech Support with information on what steps to take next (i.e. solutions you can try yourself or instructions to bring your laptop to the Computer Lab.)
