- Email RMA Tech Support for assistance. Please follow the guidelines below when you email Tech Support for help.
Please follow these guidelines when you email Tech Support for assistance:
- Use your RMA student email address when emailing Tech Support.
- Send the email to [email protected].
- Include the asset tag number of your laptop in the email.
- Be as detailed as possible when describing the issue you are having with your laptop. It will help us to diagnose the problem.
- You will receive a response from Tech Support with information on what steps to take next (i.e. solutions you can try yourself or instructions to bring your laptop to the Computer Lab.)
